Professional Fee Structure

Our competitive fee structures are simple and transparent. We offer two ways of working with clients: Container (a hybrid model combining elements of retainer and contingency) and Contingency. Both structures include a detailed 90-calendar-day guarantee, as outlined in our terms of business.

Retained - exclusive

• 20% of the base salary for positions below $129,999.

• 25% of the base salary for positions above $130,000.

• A non-refundable deposit of 33.33% of the anticipated fee is due upon engagement, with the remaining balance payable upon a signed offer and agreed start date.

Contingency - non exclusive

• 25% of the offered base salary for positions above $85,000.

• 20% of the offered base salary for positions below $84,999.

• This fee is payable upon receiving a mutually signed offer and agreed start date.
